All times were on stationary bike. Had several interruptions due to being at work phones etc…

Finished day with 2 hour RIT drill. Full turnouts breathing air.
Good workout Jennmedic, RIT drills sound fun. I used to be on Haz. Spill team as Equip. Operator . Dozers, Loaders, Graders for Containment, Wearing Level A suit with SCBA.I can relate Have a good one. OPG57
