Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps
Was moving right along feeling strong got 3 reps of 210 with an old 1RM of 205 for push press. Then to jerks shoulders were smoked so I stuck with 185 for form.
