Thanks OPG! I’m definitely not a strict paleo person. I love cheese too much. :p But I do try to eat whole foods as much as possible. However, last night after that workout, I scarfed down a toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese and washed it down with a fruit smoothie with protein. I confess, beer is more of my husband’s drink. I prefer whiskey. Oops!

Deadlift, 1-1/2 BW (scaled @ 60%=145#)
Bench Press, BW (scaled @ 60%=100#)
Clean, 3/4 BW (scaled @ 60%=75#)

Time: 5:11

Pretty much slammed right through this one. I obviously scaled incorrectly (the heat made me do it wink). I should have done all the reps and scaled the weight to 75% of Rx. Next time.

Dropped the weight because I didn’t want to risk injuring my shoulder (again). Good choice. I’m sore, but not in pain.

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight   (Substitute two uneven squats, ~80% to 90% weight on alternate legs)
Bench press: body weight   (Substitute Squat thrust)
Clean: 3/4 body weight       (Substitute pushup)

I only had 2 bars so had to switch 45 lb plates on and off between deadlift & cleans. Couldn’t do all the bench press sets unbroken.
