Back after a long hiatus due to a knee injury & rehab followed by emergency surgery to have my appendix removed.  Slowly getting back into the swing of things as per the advice of my physiotherapist.

Felt great for first two rounds, then the wheels quickly came off and I was dizzy with no gas in the tank for the remaining three. Threw up in the mouth a little bit and felt like trash for about 30 minutes afterward. Haven’t been nearly consistent enough in training with our house selling and getting ready to move!

Tried a few empty bar clean & jerks today, but they aggravated the back, so I called it.
