I love this Oly movement. The transitions felt smooth.
Wanted to attempt 75 but it’s my first time with the Snatch lift and didn’t want to push my luck.
Looking forward to practicing these regularly.

Kinda beat up after Linda yesterday. Left elbow is sore, but shoulder mobility helped.

Inertia plays a mighty role in recovery, and an object at rest on a couch can stay there for a long time.

So it’s taken me awhile to get back to working out. my training partner was evacuated and is down in Castle Pines, south of Denver she doesn’t know how her house is. My house is fine, just a little water in the crawl space but most of my neighbors are not. I seem to spend a lot of time out walking to check on people and trying to keep debris from blocking the smooth flow of water through my back yard and into my neighbors yard to the east. When it gets backed up it floods two of my other neighbors basements.

I had planned to do POSE running drills on our 6week progression to POSE running but the streets are not OK for that right now.

Buy in:

1:00 in each stretch
Bottom of the squat

Pigeon

Bottom of the squat

Good morning

Bottom of the squat

Couch

Bottom of the squat

Hamstring on box

Bottom of the squat

Wod:
Cindy
20 min amrap:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

15rds +5+10+14
only broke one pull-up set, no breaks on squats- but was a little slow to my mind
push-ups were unbroken the first 4 sets then went to 5/5 for awhile then varied between 4/4/2 and 5/3/2

Cash out:
Farmers carry max distance with 35# kbs in 5:00
So since the streets aren’t great for farmers carry right now
I did 5:00, step up and over then turn around and do it again over a 8"box. each up and over counted as one.
63 reps, sets of 20/20/23

It was the turning around that was tricky with the kettlebells, I couldn’t turn too quickly.
