I haven’t done this movement a lot and it is probably my weakest oly. The weight was kept light today and even though 100# was my PR, I felt like I could have done more. The lifts got more comfortable as I went through and overall I’m satisfied with the results but will definitely keep working on this movement and anticipate blowing past the century mark soon. My goal for right now will be 135.

Rest day for me. Probably tomorrow too. Severe case of DOMS from all those lunges. Back at it after work Monday.

Only analog watch, no real timing. Tried to stay around 15 sec. Slipped closer to 20 sec in the last 2-3 rounds.

Sorry, but there is no physiological benefit if it is not digitally timed. smile

Darn… Then maybe placebo?

w/u I cannot remember 5’s and 10’s of various things, I felt warm and loose after

then Partner WOD my partner was ingrid,

400m run
80 push-ups - split between partners, did sets of 8 non working partner holds KB’s - we used 12’s
60 box jumps - partner holds KB’s sets of 10 - I did step-ups
40 sychronised goblet squats 20/10/10
30 double KB walking lunges 9/9/12
20 sychronised KB swings 10/10
400m farmers carry - both partners must do 5 burpees evey time either partner sets down the kb’s - we only set them down twice
