Last time I did this workout was 121213 and my overall rep count was 225. I used a 10# ball and 18” box on that workout so I scaled this one a little less. Today, everything was as Rx except the ball because our ball weights go up to 12# and then jump to 30#, gotta get the gym to order a 14# and 20# ball for me. Would like to Rx this one at 200+ next time. Need to slow down out of the gate, obviously, as well.
