“Fight Gone Bad!”

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20” box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

DL 3X130 then 15X92.5 It was hard today for some reason. Harder than expected.

WOD:
“Randy” scaled to 32.5 kg
5:45 Hurra! Sub 6, which was my goal July 4, 2013. Used 30 kg then, so I’m pleased. Did not expect this.

MWOD:
K* 10 min

Feels like something happend during the last few months. I normaly started each wod full force from the start, almost sterssing. For some time now it FEELS like I´m going slower but seeing the times that´s not the fact.
It´s a good feeling! See how long it will last grin
