10 hanging leg raises

Time: 4:34

I started out with the pack scaling, but 25 reps into the sit-ups and I knew that I wouldn’t be able to finish it. So, puppy for me on this one.

I’m having some lower back issues, so Overhead squats are out. I put together my own workout that was a little less intensive on my back.

Press 5x1
115, 125, 135, 155f, 145
Push Press 5x3
135, 145, 150, 150, 155

For time:
10 pull ups
20 push ups
30 sit ups
40 squats

Rnd 1 = 2:20
Rnd 2 = 2:22
Rnd 3 = 2:25

100 Abmat sit-ups (no abmat, knees bent, feet not anchored, touch hands on floor behind head)
65 (sub 60) pound Overhead squat, 25 reps

115 (sub 80) pound Overhead squat, 10 reps
20 GHD (incline 45 degrees) sit-ups

Surprisingly, it was the ab stuff slowing me down. Probably should have done 90 lbs for the last set of OHS.
