Morning all.Some guys like to work chest 2 days a week on a power cycle ,Heavy day and light day. That’s Great. I was always lucky and responded to 1 day a week of Bench training to make good gains ,So I will call it a down day. For the other guys, Do all the shoulder chest work you want to within reason. just keep the poundages light. I took most of the week off from all workouts. My body needed the break.
Did a little today though with an easy 4 mile run and a non-timed 45# Fran.

Just contact him at Mikes Gym. Coach B. Is a very approachable guy. If you got questions he’ll answer them. He gets busy some times , But he was always willing to help a lifter from my experience. Just a regular guy. Look at his 12 week Olympic training program if you visit the site. That was my training schedule for 5 years. It gives you all the fundamentals. Take care Murph
