What can I say. I am back in this forum. Not that I think that anyone have missed me, but for me it feels great. I saw in my profile that my last post was on August 12th 2012.
It was around that time that I started ‘Dahlins Garage’, which is where I coach others and it is in my garage. Hence the name. Since I don’t have enough income from my garage yet I haven’t been able to get affiliated so I can’t say that it is a CrossFit box. But I suppose that I am able to say that I am using a lot of my experiences from doing CrossFit for four years and my L1 cert since two years with my clients wink Right now I run five classes per week beside my full-time job. And unfortunately I didn’t have the time to participate here, or even workout for that matter, since the startup.
It have been a very interesting time coaching others and I have learned a LOT! And the more I learn I realize I don’t know almost anything. I have missed all of you, reading about your successes and struggles and learning from all the more experienced people here. So my intention is to be able to be here.

WOD: Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
45 - 50 - 52,5 - 55 - 57,5 - 60 - 65 (PR)

$Out: 3 x Hang L-sit for max time.
