So here’s today’s squat 1 RM - a 5kg PR at 121.5kg , at the end of my first full CFSB cycle. Been working on my squats trying different foot positions, back angles etc and now have something I feel comfortable with. This one was a struggle but I just made it. I notice my knees still track a little forward but I think I’m leading with the hips, depth seems ok and most of all I dont seem to have as much butt wink as I used to. Havent used a belt in a couple of years but I thought it would help for the 1RM attempt - it definitely felt more stable.

Obviously the form’s a bit wobbly as its a PR attempt but as usual I’m just looking for any feedback and if good enough to continue on with CFSB
