500m row
15 pull ups (assisted and broken into 5’s - pull ups are not my strong point)

25 Pull-ups: 12 unassisted pullups

Wanted the cardio so I did five rounds however there was no way my soft, sissy hands could handle that many pull ups. I subbed the puppy pull ups but kept the number of rounds for pack. Felt good on row but the pull ups were broken into two or three sets. Still recovering from the latest cold the little people brought home with them and from a particularly rough volleyball game last night.
