Wu:  Air dyne 8 minutes light.  3 RDs. Push up x12, abset, stretch, air squat x 15

Test 3.
Tabata squats : min was 15. Best was 19
Muscle ups in 4 minutes.  Used plank type and did 6

Added some push up work.
