Morning all, Sleepless night…We are living in a crazy world right now folks.I actually think this was a good wake up call for me and any complacency I have in regard to my families safety. One should be prepared to act accordingly and not allow themselves to become a victim.  A Country Boy can survive wink        Obviously a rest day LOL

It’s good you keep an eye out for your family and your neighbors. I agree with you - take action when it’s safe to do so, even if it’s as simple as calling the PD.

Running short on time today and wanted to get some of the ick out of my chest from the flu so decided to go down to the trail for short run. Ran three steps and rolled my ankle on a walnut! Limped around for a few minutes contemplating limping home. Mobalized a bit and walked it off. Run ended up being nice through the trees on a beautiful fall day.Ankles still a bit stiff but sure it will be good.
