The PR was actually on the second attempt. I lost position coming out of the hole and the weight drifted forward. I felt like it was due to sloppy form, as opposed to inability, so I went for another go and got it.
The front squats were fairly light for me.
I still don’t have a rack, so the back squats were a no-go. I went ahead and tried to go light, but after the rep I couldn’t get the weight overhead to get it in front of me. I had to get help from my training partner, and I decided that I didn’t want to do that again.
The new rack should arrive tomorrow, and I’ll set it up this weekend. Yay!
