Bummed out about not having time to finish the two final rounds.
I know my lap times would have deterioated, but it would have been interesting to see by how much.
These workouts allways put me in my place, but i still like them for the workload they put me through.

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

OH and Front felt good with 5# PR.  Back squat wasn’t feeling it so I didn’t push it; had good depth but felt like I didn’t keep tight lumbar curve.

Tabata Squat
Max reps of Muscle-ups in 4 minutes

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Begin time for muscle-ups immediately after the last 10 second rest interval. Test score equals Tabata score multiplied by number of muscle-ups completed.
