So, here I am annoying you guys with something that lots of you probably know! lol
I have been very busy with university and work, as I had a knee injury too, so I lost a couple of trainings/WODS, what I would like to know is if I should start again from a new WOD or should I keep going where I stoped?
I did read this:http://www.crossfitbrandx.com/index.php/forums/viewthread/8489/, but as my english is not the best, I would be very pleased if you guy could explain to me in another way!
So, my workout days is monday, wednesday and friday and my next WOD is 130911 (sept. 11, 2013), the thing is should I do it or should I do the Thursday 131017 (oct. 17, 2013)?
