Strength rep scheme

So I have PR’s for my Squat, Front squat, and DL. What would be a suggested rep scheme that I could use to maintain these strength gains, but also to improve. I’ve been doing crossfit since Mach of this year. I dead-lifted yesterday after not performing this lift in over two months. I improved my max weight by 35 pounds. I’ve also gotten a little stronger on my bench. I want to improve my strength but I also want to improve my overall stamina as it pertains to cossfit..thanks for the insight.
