Three rounds for time of:
55 pound Overhead squat, 15 reps
55 pound Split-jerk, 15 reps
15 Knees to elbows
55 pound Hang clean, 15 reps
15 Back extensions, with 25 pounds
Unfortunately, on the last 2 KtE reps, I opened a blister on my left hand. But I was so close to the end! So I did upright rows instead of the cleans, and did the extensions, and then finished. Great workout though.
