WU
3x(Samson stretch, 10 shoulder dislocates, 10 OHS w/PVC,  12 GHDBE)

WOD - 131025
Pack:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
95 pound Push press, 7 reps
95 pound Overhead squat, 10 reps
15 Sit-ups

3 rounds + 7 push press

I probably should have scaled the weight back more, especially on the OHS.  I had to start breaking them up from the start.  Decided to grit it out…

Pack:
Five rounds for time of:
10 Wall climbs
10 Toes to bar
20 Box jumps, 20” box

I don’t feel comfortable in a handstand position, even with a wall.  When a WOD calls for wall walk-ups, I’ve been drawing a line a certain distance from the wall and making sure my fingertips completely cross the line before coming back down—i.e., I’m not completely vertical.  Today I drew the line at 33”.  Compare with 42” or so when I first started doing these.  Today went a long way toward improving my comfort level.
