10 Strict Handstand Push Ups with Wall
20 Narrow Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Roll to Candle Sticks

Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
135 pound Deadlift, 21 reps

Did 4 rds in 14’ 30”, had to stop though as my back didnt feel to great and started to seize up,

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
20 Push-ups
50 Squats
Post rounds completed to comments.
As much as it will suck, and one like this will suck a lot….

Metric, no one should ever dare call you a liar. LOL It did suck.  A. Lot.

WU:
3 sets of 10 sit-ups
Stretches (Sampson, Korean Splits, Sun Salutation)
Arm circles (smallest to largest and back, 60 seconds)

WOD:
3 rounds plus 2 push-ups in 15 minutes.

CD:
All sorts of quad stretches….

Comments:  My quads are on fire.  I could not stand at the end of 15 minutes.  But I worked the whole time.  I had to break the last set of squats into 10-10-10-10-10, and all my push-ups were slow because, well, I suck at push-ups. I may have not done the highest number of sets, or moved the fastest,  but. I. Finished.  So. There. Hah.  rotfl
