3 sets of 10 sit-ups
Stretches (Sampson, Korean Splits, Sun Salutation)
Arm circles (smallest to largest and back, 60 seconds)
3 rounds plus 2 push-ups in 15 minutes.
All sorts of quad stretches….
Comments: My quads are on fire. I could not stand at the end of 15 minutes. But I worked the whole time. I had to break the last set of squats into 10-10-10-10-10, and all my push-ups were slow because, well, I suck at push-ups. I may have not done the highest number of sets, or moved the fastest, but. I. Finished. So. There. Hah.
