50 Squats

Happy thanksgiving everyone, if nothing else take a minute to enjoy being able to do the workout. As much as it will suck, and one like this will suck a lot, there people out there who would give a great deal to have their bodies let them do this workout. Enjoy your ability to move.

As much as it will suck, and one like this will suck a lot….
Metric, no one should ever dare call you a liar.  It did suck.  A. Lot.
WU:
3 sets of 10 sit-ups
Stretches (Sampson, Korean Splits, Sun Salutation)
Arm circles (smallest to largest and back, 60 seconds)

WOD:
3 rounds plus 2 push-ups in 15 minutes.

CD:All sorts of quad stretches….

Comments:  My quads are on fire.  I could not stand at the end of 15 minutes.  But I worked the whole time.  I had to break the last set of squats into 10-10-10-10-10, and all my push-ups were slow because, well, I suck at push-ups. I may have not done the highest number of sets, or moved the fastest,  but. I. Finished.  So. There. Hah.   rotfl
