I did my standard warm-up of a few air squats along with some jumping jacks and dynamic stretches. Then I worked on my double-under progressions for a couple of min. I also did a couple sets of 5 with the empty bar.

I thought 225 would have been easier. Not tonight. I did get to test the safety spotter arms on my new rack, though. wink
