Took it easy on the ghd, haven’t done them in a while. Restarting (more or less) strength program. Not quite as structured as bias, but getting them done.

My shoulders are FRIED, so I’ll make up the Push Jerks another day this week. Not sure what I’ll do today but most likely rest.

I watched your and your wife’s videos from yesterday. First, I could hear the ground shake when you put that bar down. That’s a lot of weight!
Second, your wife has got some serious strength. Would have been great to see Live. I’ve only *run* on Venice Beach.

Set out to do the above, but way underestimated what I should’ve been doing.  Continued in give pound increments to 180 and failed at 185.  I’ve previously only done five rep sets as part of that shoulder press/push press/push jerk workout.
