10 minutes on the elliptical.

Probably shouldn’t do 2 overhead days in a row at my age but screw it. Wanted to do sprints but there was a big game at school tonight so both gyms were in use and people all over the halls.

In teams of 3, one team member rows 500 meters, then switch to next team member

5 rounds plus 260 meters:  2760 meters

I was the starter, first 500 was 1:40.  Not bad, faded HARD at the end.  Second 500m was <mumble mumble more than 1:40….>

I am sure some of these are off since my watch needed to be pressed twice to set the lap.  Approximately 14+ minutes, faster than last time. Looks like I need a new strategy for timing. Maybe the wife will do it for me???
