3-5 dumbbell shoulder presses, heavy # (w/safe technique)
5 deadlifts, safe # for technically excellent movement

This workout is looking for high-volume, heavy deadlifting. Long-time lifters should keep to the spirit of that, but with an eye toward being able to train the rest of the week. Less-experienced lifters should pursue moderate loads and seek unbroken sets with perfect form. New lifters should stick with safe loads and work on excellent execution under supervision.

Thats what them is. :^) I’m a Guy that leaves nothing to chance so I wanted plates that were dead on.She was showing signs of being a record setting lifter. So I thought it justified the expense.That and they were real Shiny! ooh! :^) LOL!
