WU- Muscle up practice, I watched a tutorial on GWOD and thanks to Carl Paoli I think I have it nailed, Thanks


Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
30 second Plank Hold
30 second Squat hold
30 second Tuck sit hold
30 second Chin over bar hold

7 Rounds, Tuck sits and chin over bar holds were pretty cheeky after round 4.

Puppies WOD: 21-15-9 reps of Decline sit-ups, wall ball shots (10#) 7:42

I think any front squats I have ever done prior to tonight were not really front squats.  I was really trying to go down in the hole like I was getting a squat clean.  BIG difference.

WOD:
Row intervals 500m x 4, rest 2 mins btw rounds


I think I am going to start adding the Olympic lifts for my strength program starting next week. I really enjoy the lifts and the main site is too random for me to practice and be good.
