CFWU x3, except dips x4-5 was all i can manage on those
(just bought a Monster Lite, can graduate from weighted bench dips to actual dips)

Nice work on the rings! I have some at home, but I don’t have any plates and wanted to go heavier on the Thrusters than my 45 lb. barbell. But in hindsight, I should have done this WOD at home, used the rings and done the Thrusters at only 45#. My upper body is TOAST!

Warm up: 5x (10 squats, 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 10 pull ups)

Strength:
Front squat kg: 5x40, 5x60, 5x80, 5x82.5
Back squat 13x70kg

Metcon:
Diane - did not finish - with my injured ankle I had to push off the other leg to get up for the HSPUs and surprisingly found this really difficult. I find HSPUs hard at the best of times and after one good round of 10 my shoulders were shot from just trying to get up to the wall and staying there. I think this is only my second DNF in 3 years. In the shower after I thought I should have subbed in push ups straight away and carried on but didn’t think of this at the time. Not a good start to 2014 !

30 minutes clearing snow from the driveway with the snow thrower. Likely will need to be done again later, too.

50 minute XC Ski.  Ice was bad.  Anything off camber was sketchy to say the least.

I should get back to more typical crossfit stuff next week.  Still off for a few more days.
