35 pound Dumbbell Clean & Jerk, 21 reps
Did it in 13 min. Since all the running machines in the gym were occupied, I decided for some jumps. I have to say that I had a lot of fun with this WOD, but I have to learn double-unders untill next time because single unders are getting too easy..
