Four rounds for time of:
15 GHD Sit-ups
15 Back extensions
95 pound Thruster, 10 reps
95 pound Clean & Jerk, 10 reps


That sucked n so many ways. Just about the time I thought I was ready to pick up the bar to start C&j’s, pukie would start knocking and I’d have to keep breathing for a sec til he went away. He showed several times on this one.

Way to hang KTM.

Thx JM. This one really sucked, kind of a creeper pumice feeling. My brother in law is in town who got me into CrossFit and I was telling him so of your times the night before, just to dazzle him a little. I started telling him how bad his one sucked afterwards, then I saw your comment about puking and he got the picture. All and all, he pulled a muscle in round 3 which gave me the win on this one. Def hope it doesn’t get repeated for a while.
