On an off day for the squats challenge, I took on a different sort of challenge: a distance row, done as rx’d. So here’s my WOD for today:
Row 5000 meters. Yup, that simple.
Time: 21:42.4. 305 calories burned per the meter.
First trip at this distance, but I didn’t really seem to have too much trouble with it. Tried to go out as steady as I could, hoping to go through splits at 2:30 every 500 meters - and then went a little faster than that yet. Odd thing was that the only thing that burned much were…my abs.
Felt good to nail this WOD, that’s for damn sure.
