Thanks OPG. When I was at 5:15 I thought I could change the weight, knock off 25 reps of 225#, do the 15 box jumps and at least start the 275# reps. The back had other ideas so didn’t push it any faster. My back’s now thanking me for paying attention. Have a great weekend!

Buy-in: simulating the movements of the WOD, making sure my box was of the appropriate height

I presumed I was supposed to do this as 5RFT. A little slow on the jumps, but otherwise not headed too hard.
