WOD:
Workout 14.3, between puppy and pack scaling.

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
135-lb. deadlifts, 10 reps
15 box jumps, 14-inch
155-lb. deadlifts, 15 reps
15 box jumps, 14-inch
165-lb. deadlifts, 20 reps
15 box jumps, 14-inch
175-lb. deadlifts, 25 reps
15 box jumps, 14-inch
185-lb. deadlifts, 30 reps
15 box jumps, 14-inch

Completed 13 reps @ 175-level, so 98 reps total.

Late getting going due to work and family commitments, so no extra strength or mobility work tonight.

Plataeued on the weight, but I have cut another 2” off my waist (measured at the navel) down to a 40” measurement and 38” pants.

Congrats on the new waist size. I wear 38 waist also. That was one bad thing about Olympic lifting . I weighed the same as I do now but my waist expanded because my obliques and abs grew large from heavy overhead squats and Olympic trainng in general . I had to wear size 42 waist. Don’t miss that. Keep up the good work SheepDawg. You’re an inspiration to a lot of people out there.

I loved this WOD!  Did it today at the local Box.
99 reps, Women’s Rx for up to 54 yrs old.

My goal was to get at least one rep at 185 pounds so I’m happy I got 9.
Still wish I would’ve hit 100 though.
I borrowed a weight belt and I think it helped.

Two full rounds; was changing to 225# when time expired.

185x15 is very challenging for me.  This was my 1RM about a month ago.
