Conditioning
1) 14.4 Warmup:
At a comfortable pace:

2) Do Open workout 14.4.

159 I need to work on stringing TTB.  Right now I have to stop swinging between reps, and I had a couple no reps (only one foot made contact). WB were 20,10,10, had a couple no reps.

After the push press, ran a VERY ginger 5k. Legs are still extremely sore from the thrusters the other day. Didn’t want to risk pulling something.
