Push jerk w/ 1sec pause in bottom of dip: 7x2 (145,155,155,155,160,165,170)

Close-grip bench: 4x8 (135,140,145,145)

100 triceps pushdowns (use resistance bands) blue band

50 pushups w/45lb plate on back (10,13,11,9,7)
