I had to improvise based on what I had available at my gym at the busiest time of the day. I may need to start going in the mornings when it’s not at all busy.

Body weight: 175lbs

Morning all, Olypowergal went out and did a new PR on 5000 meter row 29:36. That was 2 minutes off her previous time so I’m proud of the effort she made.  grin  Great Job Wife.

20 pound Push press, 15 reps
15 DB Swings, 15#
15 Box jumps, 12-15 inch box

4 rounds (last round 12 reps rather than 15 on each—and definitely did not note that it called for 10, anyway)
