So there is always a ton of discussion on the Zone and Paleo Diet, I have tried both and ended up settling on the Zone Diet, works great for me personally. The Zone was the missing piece to the puzzle for me and a pinnacle discovery in my training. I started feeling better both mentally and physically, which allowed me to push harder within my training and performance, thus resulting in a leaner, stronger, happier, and fitter me!!!
However, it took me some time to find the right nutrition plan for me, and feel like I have tried it all!!
I wrote an article discussing my path and many diets tried throughout the years, till finally settling on the Zone!!
