Is this a good level for me, y’all?  I won’t be able to do the wall walks yet, but I’m thinking of what I think are called bear crawls (walking on hands and feet).

S/T: Back squats 1x20 @70% +15-25. Unbroken is good, but main goal is to get the reps. Dialed this back to 225 after 235 made me sore as hell last week. 10-5-5.
