CFPB’s WOD today was Fight Gone Bad and today was the first time I did with 55# for the Sumo DL High Pulls & Push Presses.

It’s my PR for the 55# requirement for women. grin
Last time I did it, I used 45# and got 319.

That weight increase can make A familiar WOD a totally different experience. I think by you pushing a new level of intensity like you will in the Box, that your Deadlift will go to 300 C+J 155 and Snatch 115 in near future. Good job Glorybelle. grin

Thanks Murph! I actually still had to do that because I did the WOD at a commercial gym in the city where I work. It just happened to be the Box WOD.
But yes, it took me precious seconds to write and run to the next! I was walking to the next by the last transition. Ha!

Just thought I’d give it try. Change of pace, and I could use some focus on strength anyways. The clappers were awkward the first round, but seemed to feel pretty natural after that. I was pausing on the 4th rep at times making sure I made it all the way up. Going low on those was not an advantage. I def feel like I have more gas in the tank after these, but the joints feel the heavy weights big time.
