Feeling under the weather

Hi

Im currently feeling under the weather with the tail end of a chest infection and general fatige, I do however find myself wanting to go to my box later but not sure if its a good idea, what are peoples opinions on training when unwell?

I don’t think it’s a good thing. When sick, the body is using as much energy as it can to fight the illness. Training will only deplete those energy levels and may prolong the illness, not to mention the added stress on the system. Ultimately, it’s your decision, but them’s my 2ยข. I would wait until I was healthy again.
