I got a cramp on my abs in the last 2 reps of the
First 40 abs (my umbilical hernia curse) that cost me 90-100 seconds!
Felt good after that

Doing this one today rather than tomorrow since all I have on hand here is an elliptical and 3 dreadmills. So, I chose to do this one as Rx’d.

After previous WOD, I ended up doing a 1 hour hike with 40 lb.  Also ended up riding scoot for about 3:30 hrs.
