Shoulder Press

3: 85 lbs
3: 95 lbs
3: 105 lbs
3: 115 lbs (PR for 1)
3: 125 lbs Failed 3, Got 1 (PR for 1)

3: 125 lbs Failed 3, Got 1

1: 135 lbs Failed

Did this one last night so I could take the day off today.  Ended up exploring my 1RM and hit a brick wall after 125 lbs.  My attempt at 135 lbs produced nothing.  The bar didn’t make it 3 inches off of my chest.  Still nice to have a PR.  Hope you all have a great workout today and enjoy the weekend!

Why do I workout?  To make light of heavy situations.

Shoulder Press

3x95
3x100
3x105
1x110 (couldn’t get #2)
3x100
3x95
3x95

Arms were still sore from McGhee yesterday.  Still a long way to go!

On the bright side, when you first start, almost everything is a PR!  Should I take my 3 rep score (105) as my PR or my 1 rep at 110?
