Split jerk 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
Everything felt heavy, right from the beginning, but I kept adding weight and I kept making the lifts. On the 195 I felt a bit of a twinge in my thoracic spine area, or rather the muscles to the left of it. Anyway, decided not to be stupid and try for 200. Honestly, I don’t think it would have happened anyway. The 195 was a bit shaky.
Cash out: 1/2 mile jog (seemed to loosen up my back)
T-spine mobility, foam rolling, etc.
Now let’s see how sitting on my butt all day grading finals affects things.
