Start time; Midnight Friday Ramona (California) time.
Duration of the outage: 4 hours. Probably much less, but I want a margin to work in.

Everything going well, no-one should have to do anything.
You’ll see the forum announcing that it’s unavailable for bit, then appear again exactly as it was before I started.

Rest day again….

I won’t have any time (I also have lessons at the university), but even if I had, I doubt that I could perform with that pain in the back & the cold….

1) 10 minutes of skill work: triple unders, HSPU, handstand walk, bar muscle up, etc.
5 min on muscle up technique and 5 on handstand.

1) Bench press - 70%x 3 reps, 80%x 3 reps, 90%x 3+ reps.
215x3 - 245x3 - 275x3

8 rounds not timed

70 lb farmers walk approx 120 ft
120 SU with DU added every 10th SU.

Tonight swim.

By the end of round 3 I wasn’t sure if there was going to be a round 4. But I made it.  Never would have thought the squats would be so brutal.

CFWU today
Used an assisted pull-up/dip machine.  Have been using bands, but seem to be stuck.  I’m ok on unassisted kipping pull-ups, but would like to work up to doing unassisted strict pull-ups and dips.  Someday, maybe even a muscle-up…?
