This was so much harder than I thought it would be.  Haven’t done cleans in a while, so it took a few to get the rhythm back.  Push-ups got pretty wormy.

Dang that was harder than I thought it would be.  I really need to start working front squat.  Would have been much faster with power cleans.  Push ups were also hard after the first set.

Warm-up: Deadhang pull-up work, then three rounds of 30s Sampsons + 15x each push-ups, sit-ups, elevated beginner pull-ups, and squats.

WOD: 15-12-9 of full-squat cleans + HSPU (progressions with feet hooked on bar at shoulder height).

I did 95# full-squat cleans with a time of 10:17.
