Went to the upper gymnasium to cash out on the heavy bag but there was a children’s taekwondo class starting and the instructor wouldn’t let me. In retrospect, I should’ve fought them all. Hindsight 20/20

Good numbers. You would have never lived it down if all the kids gang rushed you and used you as the heavy Bag LOL Have a good one karate wink

I’ve been swamped between work, little league, scouts, and yardwork, so my posts have been lacking lately. I have been doing at least the CSWU when I can’t get anything else in.

Today was “mow the lawn” workout; 3/4 acre with the push-mower as fast as I could go. Just under two hours due to trees and other structures that slow down the process.

And I can now get a 3/4 pull-up with no assistance if I start with my arms just beyond 90 degrees.  Not a strict one yet, but I am getting there.
