Also worked on heavy equipment outside at work for 5 hours today. I decided to throw that run in at the end to see how far it is around our new neighborhood. I basically did one big loop and used an app on my phone to track the distance. I was delighted to find that that loop was exactly 1 mile, to the hundredth. What are the odds?
Only modification from as rx’d was that the jumps for burpees were not over the rower, but straight up in the air.

Not quite as fast as I had expected. 15 calories was in the 1 minute range throughout; burpees were slow as usual. I’d hit the ground after a squat and want to lay there in recovery for a moment or two on most reps. Gasping for air throughout, but I kept finding a way until I was done.

Sounds awesome OPG. Haven’t ever been to that part of Idaho, but I was in Boise two months ago. After travelling to almost all of the lower 48 states, Idaho is one of the few places that I would leave NC and move to. Hope you all enjoy your time there.
