10 back extentions supermen

2 rounds for time of:
25 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. 13-lb ball
25 box jumps, 24-inch 21-inch

Rest as needed between couplets.

17:28.  I didn’t notice that we were allowed to rest as needed between sets. Oh well - great workout!

Ripped my hand half way though so Iit got slow
The runs on the heat sucked but II did it great WOD
Tonight I hope to run 5-6 miles we will see

That’s intense!  Sorry to hear about your hand.  That seems to be happening to a lot of folks right now.  I started getting cuts around me wedding ring during workouts a few weeks ago so now I take it off when I workout.  Nice job!

One thing I know and that’s it that the hands get stronger and tougher every time this happens. After I cleaned it up is was just the outer skin so it will heal fast.

Where is your location? I see tons of humidity in all your wods…
I know humidity is tough! I’m from Puerto Rico so I grew up mid 90’s 95% humidity… But 12 yeTs moved to Phoenix so 100F with just 30-40% is pretty bad

I was thinking the same things about your posts.  I’m in the Raleigh, NC area, so typical Southeastern summer heat and humidity.  Sounds like I’m preaching to the choir though if you’re from Puerto Rico.  It’s always humid around the ocean.  At least coastal folks get a breeze with it though.  Here it is normally pretty stagnant.
