When doing the Barbara work out. It calls for 20 pullups, 30 push-ups, 40 sit ups, 50 squats.
Five rounds three minute rest
Does that mean three minutes rest in between each round??

Yes, that is exactly what it means.

For reference an elite time is in the range of 4 minutes or less for each round.

Thank you, that seems like a lot of rest in between each set. But then again I’m new and haven’t tried it.
